Developing your study skills will help you to reach your potential. We offer study skills resources covering a range of topics including academic writing, critical thinking, finding and evaluating information, and referencing.
You can access Study Skills in a variety of ways:
- Online Library Guides include a wealth of online resources to help you in your studies at any time.
- Study Skills daily drop-ins are available Monday to Friday throughout the year. Access through our online LiveChat service.
- One to One Appointments with an Academic Liaison Librarian or a Study Skills Adviser are available to all Sunderland Campus undergraduate, taught-postgraduate, and Independent Distance Learning students (this does not include Sunderland Online programmes).
- Study Skills Masterclasses are bookable workshops on a range of Study Skills topics.
